Helpful employees, especially when ordering and picking up contact lenses.

So far everything has always been good. Nice staff and quick service.

Super nice service employee in a white shirt was at the drive counter today. Burgers were hot and nuggets were fresh. There were 2 delicious cookies for me and my wife on top 👌🏼

Ordered a Vegan TS on the drive but got a Royal TS, plus 2 completely crushed Mcrib. Something like that is not possible that is 15 € for the bin.

A big compliment to the friendly employee with the white shirt at the Drive IN, always in a good mood ... always friendly and courteous!

The cashier doesn't understand you. For a menu with double McRib, only one of the special requests without onions and cucumbers was implemented. Total chaos ... never here again

No disinfectant in the toilets, no towel paper. Unfriendly staff which unfortunately the German language is only limited. Mc. Cafe on the other hand a friendly employee

Undefined chicken sandwich, watered down coke... Is Mcdo! Unfortunately we had to stop... my arteries are already feeling clogged!

No soap on the toilet, the farmer potatoes were cold, even the two exchanged ones were cold ... The burgers were rather lukewarm just before cold and thrown together, I've eaten better here ...

Despite Corona everything was great. I can only recommend it. Always quick and friendly. Food is just like always.

Ordered the nuggets from the advertising yesterday in the Drive in. At the window it said ... € 8.49. I said these are advertised everywhere for $ 4.99 ... The answer to that ... I didn't mention the word 'coupon'. It couldn't be more embarrassing !! And they were cold too.

Catastrophe!!! Dirty, loud and nowhere disinfectant! Blocking off individual tables (so that the distance is kept) is of no use if there is no soap on the toilet and the entire restaurant is dirty! Awful!

Just awful. Orders take too long, staff are rude and there is too much stress. Guests are noisy, place is messy. Sorry, but I'm not indulging.

Unfortunately fries and drinks were forgotten. Was then given out after the complaint without any problems

Very clean, the food was brought to our table after a short time. It tasted good and everything was fresh. For information: I ordered using the smartphone app with the table number.

The same all over the world is possibly something to be proud of. 😎

Got to love McDonalds in Germany, the menu is far more better than what we get in UK, it seems like whoever designed the menu in UK was never hungry or never had proper McDonalds ever. Very clean and tidy restaurant and the staff is amazing. Good work guys!

Super long waiting times even though the queue wasn't long. A few items were missing from my order so I had to request separately. Then realised a fork for the salad was also missing. I ordered meals from the main counter as well as coffee and dessert from McCafe - all via ordering computer They brought coffee and dessert before the meals which wasn't ideal

Normal McDonalds, but I wasn't satisfied with special offer. Classic BigMac is always good choice.
